Speech contest recording

ok so i have Fuminas recorded speech on wave file.

its actually a prewritten speech so it not like she wrote it, and its for people who speak roughyl her level of english.  so whats shes doing is a speech recitation contest.

anyways…

it seems that this website will make me pay 20ish$ to be able to upload it.

i am not about to pay that.
